What we collect and why

If you choose to join, we collect your email address, audience type, optional venue name, and the time and version of your consent. We use these to manage early interest and send Juga.tv early access and launch updates. The legal basis for these updates is your consent. Your venue name is optional; without your email and consent, we cannot add you to the list.

Storage, security and service providers

Signups are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database accessible to authorised Juga.tv administrators. Cloudflare also provides hosting and Turnstile spam protection. Turnstile processes technical information, including your IP address, to check that requests are legitimate. We do not store IP addresses or challenge tokens in the signup database. Hosting providers may process security logs under their own retention policies. Notification jobs and email copies also contain signup information; access is limited to authorised operators.

Cloudflare operates globally and may process information outside the EEA. Before registration opens, the controller must confirm the applicable processing agreement and international transfer safeguards. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and data processing agreement. We do not sell your signup information. Resend sends an internal notification containing your signup details to an authorised Juga.tv recipient when you register. This notification helps us manage early interest; it is not an email to you. Resend and the recipient’s email provider process that copy. We do not add you to a Resend marketing list through this form. The controller must confirm the applicable Resend processing agreement and transfer safeguards before registration opens.

How long we keep it

Our proposed policy is to delete signup records within 12 months of signup, or sooner if you withdraw consent or request deletion. The operator must adopt and implement this policy before opening registration. The same policy must cover notification jobs and email copies; provider logs and backup retention must be reviewed before registration opens. Any future change to the purpose or retention period requires an updated notice.

Your choices and rights

You may withdraw your consent at any time using the privacy contact below. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object where applicable. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in Spain, this is the AEPD.

Any launch email must include an easy way to unsubscribe. We do not use automated decisions or profiling to determine access. This page uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The spam check loads only when registration is available.

Before registration opens

The controller will confirm these details and the retention policy. This notice will be updated if a mailing provider is added. Until then, signup is disabled and no early access records are collected.
